This week, the Mmopane based, Botswana Football League side, Holy Ghost have decided to part ways with their Head Coach, Rapelang Raizor Tsatsilebe, following the poor performance of the team in the league. Although a lot was expected from the team, they never really got out of the first gear.
The team has recorded just two draws and has no victory in the league, something that did not impresse the management and they ended up getting rid of the entire technical team.
Tsatsilebe signed a one year contract with The Holy Boys, given his vast experience both as a former player and a coach, the team was expected to map out a long term project with the coach but with results not coming their journey was cut short. Razor has CAF B license, German B License and CAF A license.
Razor is well travelled, having led numerous clubs such as the former Sharps Shooting Stars, Sua Flamengoes, Taffic, Black Forest, Mochudi Rovers and Taung Young Strikers just to mention a few. Amongst all, he managed to promote Sua Flamingoes to the premier league and led Taung Young Strikers to the Debswana First Division South.
Holy Ghost has been a menace to most teams from last season, both in the Debswana First Division South League(DFDS) and the Orange FA Cup, where they eliminated Orapa United from the tournament.
The team became talk of the town when they edged Mochudi Center Chiefs in the lower league to gain promotion to the elite league but since then things have not been coming up for them.
Efforts to reach Holy Ghost Chairman, Thapelo Otimile hit a snag.
