Collections By BK Proctor opens new studio
Collections by BK Proctor continues to raise the bar within the fashion industry with their quality and stylish products.
They have now expanded their flagship and opened a new studio store at GrandPalm Resort. They celebrate five years in business this year and strive to put Botswana fashion on the map. Their establishment at GrandPalm comes at an opportune time when the hotel readies for the the annual Diacore marathon. They have recently launched sports wear line, and the mastermind behind this brand, Bokang Proctor told Vibe that the new development is suitable for the Diacore Marathon.
GrandPalm is in its 10th year as a host for this marathon. “This merchandise is now catered specifically for diacore marathon,” said Proctor. The clothing range is made up of variety gym wear clothing including; leggings, tops, and gym wear sports sneakers. Proctor also added that they have a new range of trainers to be launched before end of month.
Furthermore, they have also released another new collection, ‘the leteisi collection’ canvas sneakers. Proctor explained that each time they launch something new, they already have what to match it with in the their store. He added that they have another new collection of sneakers called Joones, a winter offering to complement other products that they have for winter, including hoodies, sweaters and wind breakers.
“Whenever we produce sneakers, we look at the type of outfit to match the sneakers in our readily made collection because we are about style and elegance,” explained Proctor.
General Manager at GranPalm, Keletso Bogatsu commended Collections by Bk Proctor for the quality products under their brand.
She noted that they usually collaborate with local companies and so they are happy to have the new studio store within their premises. She added that they often recognize youth who are making strides, and it humbles them to be associated with Proctor’s work. She reiterated that branding means a lot in business and they are glad to associate with Bk Proctor’s fashion line.
Proctor said celebrating five years in business is an achievement for them as it has been a long journey. “We have been geared and determined. So we give gratitude to all our supporters and mostly God. We appreciate reviews from our customers who have been supporting us all the way,” said Proctor, adding that the store will also attract international guests visiting at GranPalm and probably taking the brand to the international level.
