Community Health Mobilisers (Multiple Positions)An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic public health organisation working to strengthen community health promotion, disease prevention, and behaviour change initiatives across communities in Botswana.We are seeking passionate, energetic, and community-driven individuals to serve as Community Health Mobilisers. Successful candidates will work at grassroots level to support health education, community outreach, and mobilisation activities aimed at improving health outcomes and promoting healthier lifestyles.Key Responsibilities- Conduct community outreach and health education sessions- Support awareness campaigns on key public health issues and healthy lifestyle practices- Engage households, community leaders, and local stakeholders- Support data collection, reporting, and documentation of field activities-Contribute to behaviour change and community mobilisation initiativesMinimum Requirements- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Education, or related field- Experience in community engagement or outreach will be an advantage- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in community settings and travel within assigned areas- Must be based in or have accommodation in Gaborone or surrounding areas- Passion for public health and community developmentContract Type12-month fixed-term contract
