As the hospitality and tourism industry is slowly being resuscitated after passing through a rough patch during the COVID-19 pandemic, players in the sector continue to prepare exclusive packages and offers.

The latest offering is by Wilderness Safaris of three packages dubbed, ‘Best of Botswana’ offering eight-night itineraries of unique experiences in the heart of the Okavango Delta, coupled with exceptional setting of Wilderness King’s Pool in the remote Linyanti Wildlife Reserve.

According to Wilderness Safaris, the initiative’s target is to continue driving local conservation tourism, towards the pre-COVID-19 levels.

“What makes these journeys even more enticing is that they feature enhanced long-stay discounts, depending on the choice of camps and month of travel.

“The three routing options available are from Wilderness Chitabe or Qorokwe camps, then either Wilderness Jao, Vumbura Plains or Kwetsani, and ending with Wilderness King’s Pool, offering an extraordinary adventure filled with generous hospitality and thrilling wildlife encounters along the way,” said Wilderness Botswana Chief Operations Manager, Miriam Tichapondwa-Vasco.

In addition, the company says the camps featured in the itineraries are synonymous with the ultimate bucket-list Botswana safaris, providing guests with an inimitable journey through the wilds of Botswana.

“It’s the birthplace of Wilderness for a reason, and it is where our company was founded over 40 years ago. Promising year-round game viewing, from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Okavango Delta to the untamed wilderness of the Linyanti, guests are assured an iconic safari experience,” she added.

The ‘Best of Botswana’ offers are valid until 5 January 2025, featuring enhanced long-stay discounts, with exceptional savings of between 20 percent and 24 percent, depending on the choice of camps and month of travel.
