With a team of 1,100 personnel, of whom 96% are Botswana citizens, and an average of 3.4 staff members per bed, the company is fostering livelihoods while enhancing the guest experience.
Over the past ten years, the company disbursed more than 1 billion Pula in salaries, offering a substantial boost to the local economy. A remarkable correlation between staff earnings and shareholder dividends highlights the company's ethos of shared prosperity. Government coffers received a substantial contribution of 672 million Pula over the same period, representing P5.16 for every P1 distributed to shareholders.
