Chengeta defies past falls , rises again

Ndinaye Chengeta, a notable entrepreneur in the country, recently shared some valuable insights on what it takes to build a successful business. From humble beginnings to a thriving enterprise, Chengeta's story is proof that hard work, determination, and a bit of luck can lead to great success.

Chengeta's success is all more impressive when you consider that he didn't receive any government assistance or support from allies. Instead, he used the funds he earned from his play project, Mareledi Makgabaneng, to build his business.

His story is a testament to the power of hard work and determination, as well as the importance of making the most of every opportunity. What started as a small play project has now grown into a thriving business. Looking at the fact that his first project failed, he is now succeeding despite the challenges he once went through.

Chengeta is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a community leader. He's committed to empowering the youth of Botswana by providing them with space on his farm to start their own agricultural businesses. To date, he has over 20 tenants who have established various types of businesses on his farm, including vegetable gardens, poultry farms, and fruit orchards. “There are 40 chicken houses here, seven are occupied and the tenants pay P750 each monthly.”

He is planning to host agricultural shows at his farm and is currently constructing a parking area to accommodate the expected visitors. The Midweek Sun was able to catch a glimpse of this progress during a visit recently.

Chengeta's future plans are just as inspiring as his past achievements. He is currently working on building a double-story house on his property, which will also include a fuel station and a shop. He has also set himself the goal of becoming a multi-millionaire before the end of the year. His drive and determination are truly admirable, and it will be exciting to see what he achieves in the years to come.
