Shumba Energy announced that it has issued 1,137,455 new ordinary shares which are to be issued in settlement of an obligation amounting to USD75,226 incurred by the company for development of the company’s assets. The holders are existing shareholders. The Botswana StockExchange has confirmed the admission and listing of the New Shares with effect from Monday 21st August 2023. Following admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise 294,978,819 ordinary shares.
