Prime Time Property has appointed Unopa Njadingwe as Company Secretary with effect from 10 August 2022. Njadingwe joined the external management company of Prime Time on 1 July 2022 from the non-banking financial sector where she was a Legal and Compliance Officer as well as Company Secretary.
She currently performs the roles of Compliance Officer and Board Secretary for Prime Time. Starting her legal career in 2014 as a litigation attorney specialising in recoveries, company law, commercial law, employment law and family law, she joined the corporate world in 2020.
Njadingwe brings to Prime Time valuable experience in the areas of litigation, compliance, and company secretarial work, facilitating the continuing development of its governance and compliance procedures.
