Progressive Institute’s annual national human resource dialogue has been slated for October. According to Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Institute, Mmoloki Mmolotsi, the 5th Strategic HR Conference will be held under the banner, ‘The Great Re-organisation: Building Winning Workplace Cultures In A World Transformed.’ Mmolotsi is upbeat that this year’s event will attract more than 350 delegates recorded in 2018, at the peak of the annual human resource forum.

“We are optimistic that this year we will match or surpass this number,” said Mmolotsi. He said the Strategic HR Conference, which started in 2016 has quickly built its reputation to become one of the biggest HR forums in the region. Over 20 speakers and contributors are billed to be part of the Strategic HR Conference and organisers have confidence in the speakers lined up for the event.

“Most leaders, in the business of people have witnessed painstakingly selected speakers tell their honest, passionate and sometimes personal stories on how the turning points of their pasts changed the trajectory of the future,” said Mmolotsi.

Some of the key speakers at the event include, Pravin Rajpal, an international keynote speaker and revolutionary change maker of India’s Education System and Innovation Coach for Fortune 500 companies, Rachel Nyaradzo Adams - TEDx Speaker and Founder of Narachi Leadership, Joshua Maponga an author, speaker and philosopher, Dr Jerry Gule, the Chief Executive Officer of Institute of People Management (IPM) and Regina Vaka, a seasoned corporate leader and leadership coach.
