Tragic acccident that killed 5 musicians still under investigation

The  Botswana  Police   this  week  said  they  were    still  investigating a  tragic road accident  in which  five  people  lost  their  lives on Monday  this week.

In an  interview, Dipheko Motube from  the Botswana Police Public relations office  said  investigation  into the  accident  that  occurred place along the Ghanzi-Kang road were  yet  to  be  concluded. Some  of  the  victims  are  beileved  to have  been  dancers  working  for  local  popular  singer  Charma Gal.

"We really don’t know what caused the accidents but investigations to  find the  cause  of  this tragedy  continue." According to a  recent police press release, the deceased  including both  male and female are aged between 24 and 39 years. The  dead  are  believed  to   be from  Hukuntsi, Molepolole, Mmankgodi, Francistown and DRC.

Moreover, two of the victims  aged between 31 and 35 years from Serowe and Matshelagabedi villages are currently hospitalised at Princes Marina. The  duo is reported  to be in a  stable conditions. The rest of  the  passengers  who were  on board  the  doomed vehicle escaped with minor injuries.
