FNB industrial branch re-opens

First National Bank Botswana (FNBB), one of the top banks in the country, this week re-opened its popular Industrial Branch after it was closed for renovation in over six months.

The BSE listed company on Monday said it was necessary to carry out renovations at the branch so as to prepare it for seamless banking experience for its clients.

“We are excited to have concluded another successful renovation. This comes off the back of a nationwide exercise to upgrade our branch facilities in order to enhance our digital and relationship solutions to meet our customers’ fast-paced needs, saving them time and money,” said Lerato Sekgororoane, Director- Channels.

“Branches continue to be an extremely important delivery channel for our services. The renovated Industrial Branch offers customers different service zones with highly specialized FNB staff members manning each zone. The customer can now get everything they need done in the branch.”

The branch was first opened in 1993. The renovated branch now has a digital zone, 42-hour self-service zone, dedicated relationship zone, business-banking suit, among others.

“The refurbished branch demarcated service zones offer customers a one-stop shop guided by our desire to help customers with whatever they wish to do as quickly as possible. Customers value the one-stop shop capability and our staff members are very excited by the enhanced facilities which help them to perform their duties better,” stated Sekgororoane.
