“Our new SIP offering will allow clients to make voice calls (VOIP: Voice over Internet Protocol), video conferencing, instant messaging, media distribution over the internet.” Bulk SMS Service will allow customers, small to large corporates including those on prepaid services, the ability to send bulk SMS messages to their clientele from the comfort of their offices anytime and from anywhere.

“Customers will be able to create their own accounts, fund and manage their spending as they send SMS based messages to their customers to provide alerts or market their businesses. Customers will also control when they send these messages, the source address to be used and monitor the effectiveness of their SMS communication all by themselves,” explained Kooagile.
