Engen declares special dividend

Engen Botswana Limited has declared a special dividend of 40.70 thebe (gross) per share for the year ended 31 December 2016. A statement from the company’s Managing Director Chimweta Monga and Chairman Dr Shabani Ndzinge has revealed.  The dividend will be payable on or about the 21st of July 2017 to those shareholders registered at close of business on the 14th of July 2017.
