PrimeTime mall in Pilane on schedule-official

PrimeTime mall in Pilane will be open for business come July 2016, a senior company’s official has disclosed to Business Trends. This year, the leading property development and management company commissioned the construction of the mall, which is expected to also serve neighbouring villages.

The mall is located some 32 km north of Gaborone, where retail property is mushrooming, despite muted economic growth. Mmoloki Morolong who heads the property management department, this Tuesday assured Business Trends that the Pilane project is fully on schedule and will meet its deadline.

“The structure of the project is erect and everything is on course. As indicated in the report we have reached 90 percent occupancy,” he said. In the company’s annual financial results for the period ended 31st August 2015, tribal lot 439 in Pilane (Pilane Crossing Shopping Centre), is estimated to cost P73, 5 million.

PrimeTime owns among other properties, PrimePlaza, Southring mall, Sebele Centre, Capricorn House, South African High Commission and DHL headquarters.
