Vebrok in a spooky fall at Masakeng

Diva Vebrok has over time been associated with evil forces by some local music followers, and when she fell off stage while performing at the Fan Fest Festival at Masakeng nightclub in Mochudi this past Saturday, many were quick to suspect Satanic forces.

The sassy songstress who is said to be dating Ghanian self-proclaimed witchdoctor and fetish priest Kwaku Bonsam, was still enjoying her collaborative act of the song ‘Endless Dream’ with ATI and Berry Heart when she suddenly fell to the ground, much to the shock of those in attendance. She however stood up quickly and continued with her performance as if nothing had happened. Some of her fans moved closer to hug her and asked if she was fine.

Vebrok heightened the mystery of her fall when she told The Midweek Sun that she was in the dark about how she suddenly found herself on the ground. “I was traumatised by the fall especially as I didn’t know what had caused it. As I was performing, I suddenly felt something strong pushing me to the edge of the stage and I fell down. I however felt strong and stood up to continue with my performance,” she said.

The singer said she thought she had broken her leg because of the excruciating pain she felt shortly before another performance of the song, ‘Nana Kwaku Bonsam’ with Berry Heart. She went to the doctor on Monday but was given a clean bill of health. Although it is not broken, the leg remains swollen.

Recently, the musician had to parry away accusations that associated her with Satanism, especially after news of her involvement with the Ghanaian witchdoctor spread recently. The witchdoctor has come out to say he is the one who fortifies the famed Prophet TB Joshua.  “I am not ashamed to have fallen off stage. International performers like Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Khumalo have also had such unfortunate experiences,” she said.
