Galaxy sign Molefhe

Former Mochudi Centre Chiefs winger Ayanda Molefhe is certain that he has found greener pastures at his new team Jwaneng Galaxy FC. The speedy winger recently completed his move to the 2016/17 Premier league runners up where he joins former Chiefs coach Mike ‘Dubula’ Sithole. Molefhe who has already spent the last four weeks in Jwaneng, said there is no doubt that he made the right decision in joining Galaxy.

“This is the place to be, I could not be happier, nothing was happening at Magosi and I had to weigh my options,” Molefhe said in an interview this week. The 26-year-old winger said Galaxy will give him an opportunity to win more championship titles. Nevertheless, Molefhe and Sithole’s relationship has previously been rocky, having caught the prying eyes of the local football media. However Molefhe said there is no tension between him and the coach.

“Sithole and I are in good terms, he is one coach who understands me better, we don’t often speak the same language but under his tutelage I excel. When I am under his wing, I perform at my peak” he said. Despite moving to Galaxy, Molefe said he retains a soft spot the Kgatleng giants. It is all about timing, I might return to Magosi in future should circumstances permit. The winger spent three years with his beloved Magosi Meanwhile chairman of the Club Njabulo Gilika confirmed Molefhe’s arrival at Jwaneng. Gilika explained that Sithole himself recommended the player.

“Their relationship appears personal but the player appears to be happy. The management has done all it could to ensure that we meet the coach’s needs, our latest signing is of Lesego Molemogi also on a two year contract,” he stated.
