Mascom Top8 semi-finals set to thrill

The 2016 Mascom Top 8 stage semi final draw held at the Gaborone bus rank saw defending champions Orapa United taking on Township Rollers   in a repeat of   last season’s final.

The other   mouthwatering fixture   will see Jwaneng Galaxy taking on former Top 8 champions BDF XI.  The draw   attracted multitudes   of supporters   who took part in pairing   the four   teams   that will compete for the P1, 200 000 first prize money.

The pairing of Orapa United and Township Rollers will see a replay of last year’s final in which Rollers succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against the Ostriches losing a third consecutive final.

Rollers will come into the game with an unbearable scar and will look to go for settling of scores against Orapa coach Madinda Ndlovu’s charges.  The other game will see the equally consistent   Galaxy and BDF   tussling for a spot in the final.
