Shanti Lo to release live single

Jazz artist Shanti Lo has plans to record and release a live single this year.

He told Vibe that for the sake of continuity and authenticity, he won’t be changing the band he’s been working with all along. In addition to the single, Shanti Lo said he'll be working on collaborations with other artists.

As for production for this year, he is currently in negotiations with a popular South African figure. However, he was reluctant to reveal the name of the artist just yet but promised to do so when the right time comes.

Like most Batswana, Shanti Lo is also aware of the significance in this year's independence and said he wants to see the role he can play in to commemorate the country’s Golden Jubilee.
