Our Wedding Show premieres on Btv March 5

Couples all over the country will get a chance to share their special moments with all and sundry through a new show bound to air on BTV from March 5th at 6pm.  

The show called  ‘Our Wedding Day’ will be hosted by Tshepo Maphanyane and Joseph Mothibi. The show’s niche is weddings and other celebrations such as anniversaries, wedding proposals, engagements and bogadi negotiations. Audiences should expect to not only be entertained but also to appreciate other cultures through the prism of these celebrations.

According to the General Manager of the show, Kitso Molatlhegi Our wedding day will showcase the different experiences, expectations and styles of brides and grooms as well as display the dynamics of family life which make marriages and weddings memorable. More importantly, she says that it will show the rich cultures across Botswana and how they all fuse in the occasion of marriage.

She explained that Maphanyane and Mothibi were chosen because it’s going to be easier for the audience to relate to them, they are jovial and easy going and they have a great appreciation for what the show represents, which is love, family and unity.
