New restaurant offers street style eating experience

Ms esS Cooks Kitchen Café (MECK), a newly opened food outing in Broadhurst Industrial has promised its customers a new street style eating experience.

Owned by Tshepiso Sebonego, the restaurant was officially opened last week.  Sebonego told BG Style in an interview that her aim is to offer a new street style eating experience. Thus they do not offer just the food truck experience but also a chance to sit down and enjoy their takeaways through the newly opened café.

“MECK is growing and bringing the street style eatery to you as a café, we now offer more than just a takeaway,” she explained.

Those who had an opportunity to taste her food appreciated her effort saying that she is one of the few that can consider franchising in the future. Customers could not stop talking about Sebonego’s ice tea, which comes in different flavours.

“We have hearty meals here and our aim is to change the taste of life,” boasted Sebonego. She believes that food unites people hence she organised food farm sessions last year, which catered for both the young and the old to enjoy in one place. The food sessions had food tutorials, which were fun and surely helped other people to improve their cooking. The café opens from Monday to Thursday, from 10 am to 5pm while the truck is moving from Friday to Sunday selling food.
