Goodx Botswana has vowed to drastically improve the country’s health care management system, through the provision of innovative services, backed by top notch technological solutions. The company’s move to improve the country’s health care management system, comes at a time when there has been concerns coming from the public in regard to the quality and efficiency of local health care system-both at private and public level. The founder of the company this week told Botswana Guardian that key among the services being provided are; Clinic and Hospital Management(electronic clinic forms, telemedicine, online booking portal, patient queue manager,) Patient Validation(Through GoodX Switch which is integrated directly with any Hospital management Software) and to switch claims and data exchange portal for practitioners. The purpose of the Practitioners Portal is to share theatre lists and operation details for shared medical procedures.
Mbangiwa has stressed that, to better provide efficient health care management solutions, the company depends on latest technological solutions. For example, the company is implementing a robust Electronic Health Records (HER) system which allows for efficient and secure management of patient information. “This facilitates seamless communication among health care providers, reduces paperwork and enhances patient care coordination,” said Mbangiwa as a matter of fact.
Goodx Botswana which within 2 years of existence has managed to win the hearts of big health care service providers, also offers telehealth and telemedicine services. The above services are offered through telehealth platforms which enable remote consultations, monitoring and follow-ups.
