HAVAL JOLION FOR QUEEN DEBBIE
The first ever Miss Supranational-Botswana crowned on Saturday night, Dabilo Debbie Moses will be gifted with a brand new Haval Jolion, a Degree scholarship of choice from Limkokwing university, accomodation for her year of reign, monthly groceries, monthly allowance, a year spa and beauty treat, among many.
She will also be supported with a management team that includes public relations, etiquette coaching, public speaking and a wardrobe with P50 000 from local designers.
One of the event organizers, Kaone Moremong told Vibe that the team worked around the clock to ensure that they redefine pageantry in Botswana through their work. “All top 12 contestants worked very hard for the crown and we are so proud of the work they put in,” she said. She admitted that it was not easy to predict who would walk away with the crown, giving the judges the most difficult task.
Nonetheless, the big day arrived and her majesty the queen was crowned by the reigning international queen of Miss Supranational, Lalela Mswane, from South Africa. This was a surreal moment for the top three winners of the night, to share the room with the beautiful Lalela and they could hope for nothing but to tap the anointing and also bring the international crown home in July. The gorgeous beauty with brains, Dabilo Moses, was flanked by first princess, Laura Alfred and Stephinah Sebina as the second runner up.
Moremong told Vibe that their journey continues as they start to prepare for the international stage to take place in July.
President of the Miss and Mister Supranational Organization, Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, announced over the weekend that the 14th Miss Supranational Competition and the seventh Mister Supranational Competition will both be hosted in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska for the third consecutive year.
This means that the Miss Supranational 2023 Final Show will be going live from the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater on Friday, July 14th, where the current reining queen, Lalela will crown Miss Supranational 2023 at the conclusion of the television broadcast that will be shown in approximately 140 countries around the world.
