Lelentle seeks support for Cambodia pageant
Lelentle Kerebotswe, a queen of several crowns, continues to maintain her position as a young queen in Botswana.
She has recently been announced by The Pageant Empire BW as 'Mini Miss Icon Botswana 2026'. Through this position, the confident young queen will represent Botswana in Cambodia in November 2026.
The Emerald Academy scholar started her pageantry journey two years ago, winning the Miss Mini Emerald Academy 2023/2024 title. Since then, she has never stopped shining on pageantry ramps. She consistently demonstrates talent on the runway and in the community, proving herself a queen and mother figure to the community at just 9 years old through her philanthropy project, 'Mabogo Dinku'. Through it, she identifies less-privileged individuals, makes them feel cared for through small donations, and spreads her love. She won Little Miss Kids of the World Botswana last year and represented the country internationally in Bali, Indonesia.
Lelentle told this publication she is excited for the opportunity and ready to compete internationally. 'I am ready for the competition. Every time I win, I imagine Lesego Chombo doing her best at all stages of pageantry. That calms and motivates me to do my best like her. I am also thankful to my mother, Neo Kerebotswe, for always supporting me,' said the little queen.
She also asked for support of any kind to help her maintain momentum and travel to Cambodia without any hiccups. She told Vibe her main target and dream is to bring the crown home.
