NOTICE INTERMS OF SECTION 34(1) OF THE TRIBAL LAND ACT, 2018

NOTICE is hereby published that HILDAH DUBE the (“SELLER”), a female adult of full legal capacity who is the Title Holder of a Residential Plot situated at Mogoditshane, Smorden ward,

intends to enter into a sale agreement with CR & D Proprietary Limited the (“PURCHASER”), a non - citizen company as defined in terms of the Act.

1. The property description is as follows: CERTAIN: Piece of Residential Plot No.: 16215; SITUATE: at Smodern Ward in Mogoditshane in the Mogoditshane Sub Land Board;

MEASURING: 41.1m x 40m x 44.4m x 34.7m (forty one point one meters by forty meters by forty four point four meters by thirty four point seven meters).

WHICH PROPERTY: is held under a Certificate of Customary Land Grant dated the 21st day of April 1995 made in favour of Hildah Dube. SUBJECT: to the reservations and conditions contained in the said Resolution.

2. The consideration for the proposed transaction is the sum of (one million one hundred thousand pula) P1 100 000-00 excluding VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT).

3. 4. Any person wishing to object to the intended transaction may give written notice of his other objection, with reasons thereof, to the Land of Mogoditshane.

5. Any citizen of Botswana interested in entering into a similar transaction in respect of the property in question shall receive priority notwithstanding the proposed transaction set out in this Notice.
