One of the main objectives of The Lion Park Plot Owners Association Trust ('LPOAT') is for the provision of a high-quality Country Estate lifestyle for Owners and residents of Portion 212, a portion of Portion 183 (a Portion of Portion 12) (a portion of Portion 11) of the Farm Crocodile Pools No. 15-KO commonly known as Lion Park ('the Estate').
